Third Party Manpower Agreement

Manpower reserves the right to remove at any time from the Site, at your expense, any material that it deems beneficial, defamatory or offensive, or which Manpower believes may violate the rights of third parties, such as intellectual property or the privacy rights of third parties. You agree to compensate Manpower fully and continuously for any losses or damages (including legal costs) incurred by Manpower in defending the lawsuit against Manpower based on information you have published on the site. You should note that Manpower provides links to websites run by others. Manpower assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or legality of the content contained on these sites. The fact that you can use a manpower link to access other web Ites is not the approval of content contained on these websites by Manpower. If this agreement or your permission to access or use the site is terminated by you or by a person you represent or manpower, then: (a) this agreement and all other existing agreements between Manpower and all the people you represent apply and are jointly linked to you and all the people you represent with respect to your prior access and use of the site and everything related to it is bound or binding; and (b) Manpower may continue to use, disclose or destroy your personal data in accordance with ManpowerGroup`s amended privacy policy from time to time. Without Manpower`s written permission, you can (either directly or indirectly, including using a program) create a database in electronic or other form by downloading and storing all or part of the pages on that site. Without Manpower`s permission, no part of this site may be reproduced, transferred or stored on another website, broadcast electronically or non-electronically, or incorporated into a public or private electronic consultation system.
