QuaerO is a new application from Itworks which allows the managers to be updated 24/7 about the state of orders, deliveries and various company processes by their own iPod, iPhone, iPad and now also Android devices.
QuaerO is a powerful middleware which creates a connection between the ERP and the Client, indipendent from both of them and characterized by absolute trasparency of its logics.
The Client application of QuaerO, available on the App Store and Android Market, which complies to the standards the device operating system (iOS or Android), allows to navigate the company's information using the touch screen of the device.
Thanks to the personalizzation tool the user can choose the information to extrapolate from the database and create navigation menus.
With QuaerO it is possible to make the ERP inform the manager in real time about everything that is going on with the data. The only thing you need to do is to schedule the “alarms” to be sent by server every time a change of the data occurs, like a new order from the clients or the arrests of the production line machines, etc.
The QuaerO software is also a powerful tool of analysis able to control any process in the company. It also allows to view the information in the form of charts (bar charts, pie charts, scatter charts, histograms, etc.), which can be set up as a result of a query.
